This role will be a critical position, partnering with the Senior Manager, Marketing Strategy as we prepare to create magic at sea in Southeast Asia. You will be a crucial part of establishing the market strategy for the Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia markets to successfully introduce and sustain Disney Cruise Line\xe2\x80\x99s newest ship Disney Adventure to sail from Singapore beginning in 2025.
Marketing strategy will play a prominent role in the expansion, leading strategic marketing for the Singapore, Malaysian and Indonesian markets. You will have strong integration with sales and communication teams to pave the way for a successful market entry.
This role will be responsible to lead the marketing strategy for Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia, working hand in hand with the Sr Manager Marketing Strategist, Director of Marketing and Director Of Sales. You will establish a clearly defined annual go to market strategy for your key markets. You will understand the nuances of each country and how to motivate key target groups. You will have a deep understanding of consumer travel behaviours and seasonality. You will have a strong working knowledge of each markets media mix and will work with communications discipline partners to drive effective communication strategies that motivates the consumer through the purchase funnel of awareness, product understanding and conversion.
You should be an energetic, proactive, self-starter with experience working within a large-scale travel industry business. Candidates must work well in teams and possess the ability to work in a collaborative environment and across time zones.

Lead complex target audience work, determining the opportunity and demand potential across Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia and key consumer segments, informing commercial plans and communication strategy.
