This role will be a critical position, partnering with the Director, Marketing Strategy as we prepare to create magic at sea in Southeast Asia. You will be a crucial part of establishing the market strategy for the successful introduction and sustainment of Disney Cruise Line\xe2\x80\x99s newest ship Disney Adventure to sail from Singapore beginning in 2025.
Marketing strategy will play a prominent role in the expansion, leading strategic marketing and integrating with sales and communication teams to pave the way for a successful entry into these exciting markets. This venture provides the opportunity to partner closely with Disney Cruise Line business leaders world-wide to bring this experience to life in manner that is custom-tailored to Southeast Asia.
This role will be responsible to lead the marketing strategy for all markets, leading market specific strategy managers to drive the big picture for commercial success. The leader will work hand in hand with the Director of Marketing and VP & Regional General Manager to ensure a clearly defined annual go to market strategy. The role integrates the communications discipline partners to drive effective communication strategy that motivates the consumer through the purchase funnel of awareness, product understanding and conversion.
You should be an energetic, proactive, self-starter with experience working within a large-scale travel industry business. Candidates must work well in teams and possess the ability to work in a collaborative environment.

In this role, you will:
Lead complex target audience work, determining the opportunity and demand potential across multiple Southeast Asia countries and key consumer segments that inform communication strategy and commercial plans.
