YOUR PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES*:

• Provide APAC subject matter expertise to ensure value-added mobility services
• Set up and promote Mobility services and processes for new countries and across agencies and hubs
• Consult and provide solutions to business teams, (senior) stakeholders and internal teams on all mobility-related matters, including policy, process, income tax, immigration, social security and local labour law
• Partner with the Chief Talent Officers of the Solutions/ Agencies and EMEA Global Mobility Director to implement and improve the quality of overall Mobility service delivery
• Contribute to the evolution of policies and processes that support the Global Mobility needs of the organization
• Provide Payroll and shadow payroll oversight
• Support operational staff on complex case management and advise internal management on complex cross border issues
• Work and collaborate with team members, stakeholders in India, EMEA, APAC and North America
• Work with external providers and authorities to ensure compliance and assignee support
• Participate in global mobility-related projects
• Compiling, analysing and interpreting data to monitor performance against standards in respect to services
• Leading / participating in client meetings to enhance relationships
• Acting as a point of escalation for the global mobility team and stakeholders

Qualifications

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor\'s degree or an equivalent degree
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience working at a senior specialist and/or Manager level within the field of international assignments, global mobility, or expatriate management, in an in-house or consulting environment
• Strong understanding of global mobility policies in regard to traditional assignment planning, as well international transfer planning
• Understanding of regional tax, social security, labour law and immigration regulations in APAC
• Understanding of general Compensation & Benefits topics
• Must have exceptional operational, people, analytical and technical skills
• Effective communication skills
• Strong relationship management skills
• Intermediate/ Advance excel skills
• Ability and willingness to work in a globally distributed team and stakeholders while maintaining strong professional relationships
• Fluent in English and other languages desirable

Additional Information

We are looking for a Mobility Manager for a fixed term of 8 months, who will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and administrating all activities within the end-to-end mobility lifecycle. You will ensure the reliable adoption of standard global mobility processes and policies to maintain compliance. You will act as the mobility subject matter expert and best practice leader for specific activities to support assignee and stakeholder experience. You will support the consistent standards and guidelines for data collection, reporting and act as a mentor/ line manager to more junior staff.

The successful applicant should ideally have experience managing mobility for the APAC region.
