What the role is:You are part of the team at Nexus that drives the strategic development of MINDEF/SAF\'s museums. These museums are key channels for engagement with Singaporeans on defence issues, to help Singaporeans better appreciate the importance of defence and understand potential threats and challenges confronting Singapore.What you will be working on:You will also work closely with a wide range of stakeholders, to chart out mid-term and long-term capability development plans, and to drive implementation of these plans in a timely manner. You will also be involved in the development of the upcoming National Service-themed Gallery at NS Square. In addition, you will oversee the implementation of engagement plans with relevant local and overseas museum industry practitioners. Your challenges lie in being able to cultivate professional relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, both locally and internationally and identifying suitable opportunities to form strategic partnerships.What we are looking for:You must have a tertiary qualification in Business, Arts or Social Sciences, preferably with at least 4 years\' relevant work experience in policy planning and formulation, and/or project management. You must also have a strong command of written and spoken English, and possess strong analytical and interpersonal skills. Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
