We are looking for a proactive and service-oriented individual to spearhead IT initiatives and deliver IT operations excellence for our airport. The candidate will be responsible for planning, requirements analysis, technical assessment, project management, solution deployment, operation management of Airport IT solutions and IT Managed Services that includes Wireless and Wired LAN Technologies. The candidate shall be both a team player and leader who possess strong interpersonal skills. He / she will be expected to collaborate effectively with stakeholders within the airport community and manage our vendor relationship by driving common vision and values to achieve the outcomes with our various outsource industry partners. The candidate will be expected to perform the following roles & responsibilities: Strategise and develop system roadmap and implementation plans. Work closely with various airport stakeholders, both internal and external, to develop business cases for projects considering aspects such as return on investments and customer service benefits. Work with internal technical teams and lead vendors to propose overall technical solutions and key performance indicators to measure success Perform project and change management to ensure delivered solutions meet technical, functional, performance and business requirements. Lead and manage 24/7 operations, maintenance, compliance and renewal of our Airport IT systems to enable airport operations. Candidates who are cognizant with industry best practices are preferred. Manage IT operations and performance of IT systems to ensure operational effectiveness and efficiency. Perform, review and enhance business and IT processes as part of the continuous improvement effort. Requirements: Good degree in Information Systems/Technology, Computer Engineering, Information and Communications Technology (ICT) or related discipline The candidate shall have at least 3 years of professional work experience in the related technical domains and industry. Experience in Aviation sector will be an added advantage Professional and technical certifications that include CCNA, CCDP, MSE, CISSP, ITIL, PMP, CITPM, and equivalent will be advantageous Possesses strong analytical skills to define risk, identify potential threats, and develop action/mitigation plans. Possesses organisational and project management, interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), and ability to manage/work with contractors/stakeholders for project implementation, system maintenance and support works, which include inculcating awareness and design consideration of current and emerging cybersecurity threats The candidate shall be competent in the use of network management systems and devices, firewalls, wireless network systems and technology, network standards, and network protocols (e.g., HSRP, VRRP, OSPF, 802.11, QoS) Knowledge of ITSM - Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Asset Management, Patch Management
