My client is a reputable network cable and infrastructure provider globally. . They is seeking a Sales Manager, a hunter, with experience in the IT network infrastructure (cable/racks/UPS). Preferably selling to FSI and/or Manufacturing industry. System integrators are welcome to apply too.

My client is a reputable network cable and infrastructure provider globally that serves a myriad of industries including healthcare, network, energy, computing, and more. They are seeking a Sales Manager to join their team. This role is responsible for building and expanding relationships with strategically important FSI & Manufacturing customers in Singapore. The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, pipeline management, relationship management, and strategic account planning while maintaining customer satisfaction.

We are looking for a hunter, with experience in the IT network infrastructure (cable/racks/UPS). Preferably selling to FSI and/or Manufacturing industry. System integrators are welcome to apply too.

Description

• Achieve and exceed sales targets and growth margins for assigned accounts.
• Lead the development and implementation of account plans that align with the company\'s overall sales goals.
• Establish and develop strong relationships with key decision-makers at assigned accounts.
• Provide insights to customers by understanding their needs and recommending the best Panduit solutions.
• Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
• Effectively manage sales data and pipeline to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with Server /DC Builders, System Integrators, and System Installers to provide a seamless customer experience.

Profile

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Network Infrastructure for FSI & Manufacturing.
• Extensive knowledge of FSI & Manufacturing Network infrastuture Service Provider / On premise FSI & Manufacturing Network Infrastructures Technology.
• Experience in being a "hunter"
