Job Description

What the role is:You serve as the primary conduit between NSmen and the larger MINDEF/Singapore Armed Forces (SAF)/Republic of Singapore Navy (RSN).What you will be working on:On this, you provide support in Human Resource Management (HRM) and Human Resource Administration (HRA). You also address areas of concern that affect assigned NSmen within Fleet and manage timely responses to NSmen\'s feedback. In addition, you facilitate the organisation of cohesion and engagement events, awards/medal ceremonies and commander dialogues for NSmen within Fleet or any NS-related events when required. You manage assigned Personnel Support Group (PSG) NSmen to perform HRA tasks. Furthermore, you support NSmen-related administration for exercises and perform secretariat roles for relevant meetings in Fleet when required. Your challenges lie in managing NSmen expectations, training and administrative needs as well as providing timely support to NSmen to minimise disruption.What we are looking for:You must have tertiary qualification. Prior experience and knowledge in service delivery, citizen engagement or HR-related functions is advantageous. Possession of good communication and writing skills is essential. Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
