What the role is:You are the main liaison between our NSmen and the National Service (NS) management system.What you will be working on:You also ensure that all queries and feedback are provided to the NSmen directly, or channelled to the correct agencies for timely closure. In addition, you liaise with National Service supporting agencies and other stakeholders in the planning and coordination of all NS activities. Your challenges lie in being able to multi-tasks on wide scope of responsibilities and meeting objectives within specified timelines.What we are looking for:You must have a tertiary qualification, with 2 to 3 years\' experience in HR Administration or equivalent. You should possess strong command of English Language both written and oral, excellent communication and interpersonal skills as you will be interfacing with NSmen. Proficiency in computer literacy and Microsoft office tools will advantageous. You must be able to work independently and flexibly to respond to different situations. Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
