What the role is:You will be the point of contact and manager for the Republic of Singapore Navy (RSN) Medical NSmen.What you will be working on:On this, you provide timely NS Manpower operations support, execute effective HR management and manpower planning for RSN Medical NSmen, and engage effectively with RSN Medical NSmen. In addition, you track and analyse In-camp Training (ICT) surveys administered to NSmen and suggest improvements in NSmen engagement. Your challenge lies in efficiently navigating the necessary administrative workload to perform your job, while coordinating with the large NSmen manpower pool and addressing the specialised needs of the NSmen.What we are looking for:You must have a tertiary qualification. Possession of good analytical thinking, organisation and time management skills is essential. You should possess a pleasant personality with tact to be able to deal with NSmen diplomatically. Appointment will be commensurate with your experience. (Applicants with no experience may apply.)
