Job Description


We are currently seeking a Manager of Sales Support (m|w|d) for our Sales Bioprocess Solutions division based onsite in Singapore (Sartorius Stedim Singapore Pte. Ltd). In this role, you will be responsible for supervising daily sales support activities, coordinate with internal and external departments to guarantee smooth processes and requested service level to our customers. Furthermore, the position will drive the improvement, harmonization and digitalization of the sales support processes.What you will accomplish together with us

  • Lead and develop the regional Sales Support team APAC in alignment with the overall strategy and defined goal
  • Contribute in the vision of the global sales support 2030 vision and execute it locally
  • Secure the defined sales support strategy within the region and align with other regions on further development
  • Ensure adherence to globally defined business processes
  • Implement and monitor relevant KPI\'s for the sales support organization
  • Overlook, secure and improve sales support services, provide training and support to the sales teams
  • Coordinate and manage the relationship with all cross-functional departments and internal & external customers
What will convince us
  • University degree in life sciences, economics, business management or comparable qualifications
  • Several years of Sales or Customer Service experience in a B2B environment dealing with complex products
  • Knowledge of the Life Science, Pharma and/or Biotech Industry would be advantageous
  • Experience in leading and developing international teams
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, results driven and ability to translate strategy into action
  • Strong communication and change management skills
  • Excellent English skills
  • High degree of IT-Affinity and continuous improvement mindset
  • Experienced in working with CRM (SAP and/or Salesforce.com)
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within Asia (~20%)
