Main duties and responsibilities:
As Regional Manager Tool Management Solutions, you are the first point of contact for our Customers and Sales Companies and driver for the success of our Tool Management Solution projects at customer\xe2\x80\x99s site.
You provide close and dedicated support to the Sales Companies to identify project opportunities, respond to customer requests and handle all Tool Management Solutions related tasks during the customer acquisition phase. Beyond that, you\xe2\x80\x99re steering the project conception as well as the business case and contract preparation.
In addition, you have the direct responsibility for all running Tool Management projects in the region and lead the dedicated Tool Managers at customer\xe2\x80\x99s sites. You ensure the fulfillment of the contractual obligations and enforce a standardized way of working in all projects as well as an implementation of the overall Walter Tool Management Solutions Strategy.
As part of the TMS Management Team, you contribute with your ideas and experiences to the further growth of the service segment within Walter.
Your profile:
Degree in Business Administration or comparable or technical degree with solid experiences in Sales
Proven skills in customer acquisition and development
Proven skills in people management
Experiences in working in an international environment welcome
Knowledge about business processes and systems welcome
Strong Stakeholder Management skills
Reliability to deliver results and drive changes constantly
Affinity to work in project environments and to think \xe2\x80\x9coutside the box\xe2\x80\x9d
Structured, committed and target oriented way of working
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
High willingness to travel international (Asia)
