What the role is:You will be part of a team that manages the lush and vibrant parks to serve the recreational and lifestyle pursuits of our community. You will contribute towards the greening, maintenance, and conservation of our green landscape through careful and dedicated management of the park and its facilities.What you will be working on:You will be part of the workgroup to lead in refining technical work processes for management of park amenities, Technical Compliance Audit, with focus on civil and mechanical & electrical (M&E) contracts and processes. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that all civil and M&E contracts and processes comply with the latest regulations and standards. Other tasks include conducting comprehensive compliance audits, improving current work processes developing and implementing relevant policies, and spearheading initiatives for civil and M&E.What we are looking for:Areas of studies in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related fieldA minimum of 7 years of experience, including conducting technical audits and inspections, working with civil and M&E systems in the Facilities Management area, interpreting and applying technical standards and regulations, and collaborating with cross-functional teamsIn-depth knowledge of regulations and standards related to civil and M&E contracts and processesExceptional analytical, interpersonal, communication, and organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office suite and data management toolsApplicants with \xe2\x80\x9cISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification\xe2\x80\x9d or \xe2\x80\x9cOSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety and Health certification\xe2\x80\x9d or equivalent certification are preferredOnly shortlisted candidates will be notified.
