This role is responsible for initiating all activities related to brand awareness and positioning, marketing of assigned programmes, and achieving the enrolment goals of the flagship This role is responsible for initiating all activities related to brand awareness and positioning, marketing of assigned programmes, and achieving the enrolment goals of the flagship Nanyang MBA programmes. 1. Strategic Marketing Plan development and implementation . Develop dynamic marketing plan for various programmes to achieve recruitment objectives and maximize ROI impact on our marketing budgets . Obtain assigned programmes' year-over-year growth of recruitment numbers . Responsible for generating Thought Leadership Content/Articles to . Ensure regular monitoring and incorporate feedback to enable adjustments 2. Marketing Performance Attribution and Marketing Analytics . Track effectiveness of marketing campaigns across assigned programmes . Manage marketing agency's performance in terms of media buys in SEM, social media, etc. . Provide periodic marketing analytics reports fo management 3. Manage potential MBA candidate recruitment pipeline in CRM . Maintain programmes' lead database . Launch eDM (ad hoc / thematic) campaign automation to engage the leads . Monitor performance dashboard reporting to enhance campaign outcomes 4. Recruitment events management . Identify and create events around the world, conduct, or supervise the planning. Events could be in various formats, such as fairs, exhibitions, course previews, information sessions, virtual sessions, coffee chats, yield events, etc. . Track and monitor ROI measures of events 5. Strategic market insights . Provide strategic market insights, programme trends, and directions based on market environments . Assist the outreach, data collection, and analysis for MBA ranking 6. General Administration of Tracking and Reporting functions . Support management reporting process to monitor progress in target achievements . Support budget planning, tracking of spending, revenue forecast and tracking of revenue . Manage assigned team members' work objectives and annual performance appraisals 7. Collaborating with Stakeholders . Leverage on alumni to improve programmes' awareness. Drive referrals from the alumni network. . Collaborate with departments and stakeholders to ensure good participant experience . Work with appointed marketing agency on leads generation strategies and tactics . Coordinate cross-suite marketing and branding initiatives for NBS GS . Assist in maintaining NBS GS digital and traditional media presence. 8. Admission Advisory, Framework, and Processes . Represents NBS and provides accurate guidance to prospective applicants . Accountable for potential student lead generation and conversion . Manage admission framework and assist in making strategic recommendations . Review auditable admission processes aligned with strategies and objectives . Ensure applicants' experiences with touchpoints are positive and review for improvements . Manage waiver process for special admit cases, admission-related activities and communications 9. Scholarship Framework and Processes . Assist in reviewing scholarship frameworks, accompanied budgets are sustainable and effective . Manage all scholarship-related marketing, communications, and activities Requirements . Min. Degree in Business Management/Marketing. MBA will be advantageous . Minimum 8 years of varied marketing, sales, and/or admissions experience at the graduate level, of which at least 4 years in a supervisory role . In-depth knowledge of the target markets. Experience in launching a digital marketing and lead marketing campaigns . Proven experience in analysing, implementing, and redefining of processes and continuous enhancement of service levels . Demonstrated track record in sales/leads generation . Good CRM skills to capture leads' information for creating of relevant conversion campaigns . Strong people management and leadership skills . Strong interpersonal, planning & organisational skills . Team player and able to work with all levels of staff . Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills . Proficient in MS Office Working hours Mondays to Thursday: 8:30 AM to 5:45 PM Fridays: 8:30 AM to 5:15 PM Lunch Break - 45 mins Working locations .
