Job Description


What the role is:

As a learning institute, NACLI aims to equip our learners with leadership skills and growth mindset so that they can contribute actively and effectively to the community building efforts in Singapore. The role includes:

  • Support Assistant Dean and Head (Planning & Knowledge Management) in planning and coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders to enhance the Institute\xe2\x80\x99s knowledge management capacity and facilitate its corporate planning process.
  • Assist in the implementation of systems/processes to monitor training progress and effectiveness; analyse data and distil relevant insights for training resources; and
  • Assist in the management and development of NACLI training resource, including NACLI Adjunct Faculty to support the strategic outcomes of the Institute\xe2\x80\x99s role as a key enabler in enhancing core competencies of PA staff and grassroots leaders.
What you will be working on:

Key responsibilities include:

Knowledge Management

Consolidating and managing NACLI\xe2\x80\x99s training modules repository masterlist;

Consolidating and managing training resources (both physical and online) such as research papers, best practices, case studies, photo and video for development and review of training modules; and

Managing NACLI resource library and its contents to update and ensure relevance of training references and materials.

Proposing improvements to better manage or organise knowledge and repository within the Institute.

Tracking of Training Progress, Participation and Effectiveness

Consolidating training evaluation data and preparing draft training evaluation report;

Supporting the dept in implementing measurement system(s) and processes to evaluate the effectiveness of NACLI training programmes.

NACLI Adjunct Faculty

Supporting Assistant Dean and Head in managing the appointment, deployment, engagement and recognition of NACLI Adjunct Faculty.

Proposing new initiatives and programmes to enhance NACLI\xe2\x80\x99s systems and programmes.

Management and Organisation of Department\xe2\x80\x99s Work

Provides secretariat support for meetings and other NACLI programmes including comms to stakeholders

Assists in procurement process from preparing specifications for GeBIZ ITQs/ITTs to awarding of contracts in liaison with NACLI\xe2\x80\x99s Training Operations Department

Other Duites

Other ad-hoc duties not covered under main responsibilities and duties.

What we are looking for:

Requirements:

Professional qualification in administration or business management related fields

1 - 3 years of working experience, preferably outreach programmes, administration and event management.

Candidate with the following skills will have an added advantage:

Design, develop and maintain dashboards for data analytics.

Flair and creativity to design and develop comms related materials, such as EDMs.

Strong writing skills for comms purposes.

Professional qualification in training and development, education, research or business management, e.g. ACTA or ACLP
