Are you a skilled negotiator with a passion for real estate and a talent for structuring effective leasing deals? Do you have a keen eye for market trends and a desire to work on both local and global projects? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!

We are a leading telecommunications group, and we are seeking a talented Leasing Manager to join our Group Property team. As a key player in the industry, we manage a diverse portfolio of properties, including retail spaces, offices, co-working spaces, industrial facilities, and data centers both locally and across the globe.

Make an Impact by

• Implementing effective leasing strategies to manage the Group\'s property leases both locally, overseas subsidiaries and global representative offices in terms of renewals, relocation, colocation, termination and expansion
• Supporting the Business Units to manage 3rd party consultants, authorities, building owners/developers for asset classes including but not limited to retail, offices, co-working spaces, industrial, data centres so as to meet their business needs through competitive leasing packages.
• Working with key stakeholders to make leasing recommendation for management\'s approval, with clear justification eg. Market comparable, leasing risk, leasing cost financials etc.
• Reletting excess space that Singtel owns to maximize rental returns.
• Preparing monthly, periodic & variance reports to track and monitor all leases within the Singtel Group portfolio of companies.
• Other duties include preparation of periodic budgets, maintenance of leasing contracts, updates of records in lease management system, market trending/comparable research, adhoc calling of request for proposals etc

Skills for Success

• Min Bachelor\'s Degree, preferably in Building & Estate Management (or real estate related)
• Minimum 3-5 years\' relevant leasing experience, preferably in the commercial, industrial, or retail field
• Proven track records of effective deal structuring/leasing strategies.
• Sound knowledge of the local leasing market and real estate practice is a must.
• Exposure on cross-cultural global leasing, regulation and law, industry practice of different asset class is an added advantage but not a must
• Working knowledge of Microsoft application (Power point, Excel, and Word)
• Meticulous, good analytical & stakeholders\' management\'s skills, team player, pleasant disposition and able to work under pressure
