Job Description


What the role is:As a member of the Strategic Communications team, which is part of the Corporate Communications & Service Quality Department, you will be responsible for formulating and implementing HSA\'s strategic communications plans to effectively drive key messages and initiatives through various channels and social media platforms in order to achieve communication objectives.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to effectively drive the organisation\'s key messages and initiatives.
  • Manage media relations, including drafting of media replies, press releases, coordinating media interviews, and monitoring media coverage.
  • Create content to engage HSA stakeholders across multiple channels and platforms, such as on social media channels and the website.
  • Media monitoring and analyses to provide insights and make data-driven recommendations to improve communications strategies.
  • Provide communications support for organisational events, initiatives, and crisis management situations.
Job Requirements
  • Relevant background in disciplines such as mass communications, multimedia studies, social sciences or public relations
  • At least 5 year of relevant experience in corporate communications, content development, social media management, digital analytics (eg, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, YouTube Studio) etc.
  • Strong design, photography and videography skills preferred
  • Excellent proficiency in the English language, both verbal and written.
  • Good interpersonal and analytical skills.
