What You Will Do Responsible for sales and product roadmap of categories (eg. Audio headsets, earphones, speakers and microphones, etc) designed for gamers / content creators / gaming industries, providing business development support to distributors and planning sales forecast in Asia Pacific region. Engage pro-actively in product sales and marketing, channel penetration and development to expand market share in each country in the region. Carry out strategic business planning with distributors to achieve sales target. Responsible for Roadmap management (Price, Spec, SKU, SOP, RTS) Responsible for NPI and sales tracking (Product lifecycle/Price fluctuation/Launch dates details tracking) Product compliance administrative duty (Coordination, ROI) Take charge of Product management (Forecast, Testing, Evaluation report, Compare, Samples assignment, Sales pitch material, Demo guidelines, Product core communication ) Conduct Product Training Workshops for internal and external stakeholders (eg. Distributor, Media, Dealer, Promoter, Trainer, Employees etc ) Responsible for Area Product Strategy (Analysis and identifying market trends, customer needs, competition to strengthen product branding) Support internal departments in all aspect related to the technicality and details of the assigned product category. Attend fortnight product quality conference call and monthly global product line manager alignment conference call Attend to fortnight Business Development Manager alignment and monthly Regional product marketing meetings Prepare Monthly Sales Report Responsible for PSI Management Study and analyze business potential for new category products assigned Drive input into the gaming creative strategy of assigned products across all consumer touchpoints (ie. packaging, assets, content, retail display, merch) on both a global and region level capacity Be a partner to the marketing team, working with external agencies and brand partners to drive initiatives and actions that help support the overall product and category business initiatives Support PR / Comms initiative through participation, effectively communicate with outside press and various public facing events, representing the product and category as required Collaborating with the digital team to provide APAC inputs for the global social content calendar for our gaming social handles What You Need Bachelor\'s Degree in related field. Proficiency in Microsoft applications, (Word/Excel/Powerpoint) is a must. Minimum 8 years of experience product and marketing and management experience or related field. Data driven, strong data analytical capability preferred What is Nice to Have Prior experience in Consumer Electronics or FMCG industries with a strong digital knowledge Understanding of the gaming industry, gaming social channels and having a gamer mindset is preferred Talent and aptitude to analyse and solve problems independently.
