What the role is:
As a Manager in the Corporate Development Branch of the Academy of Singapore Teachers (AST), you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Professional Development (PD) of MOE officers.
What you will be working on:

• Liaise and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support the conduct of PD programmes and activities for the fraternity o Maintain and enhance online platforms to provide updated information and facilitate participation in PD programmes and activities, including content management, user experience optimisation, and digital communication strategies o Support AST in organising awards, including managing the publicity, nomination process, shortlisting candidates, and coordinating the multi-stage selection processes o Provide analytical support by collecting and reporting data for professional development trends to inform strategic decision-making o Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process enhancements, implementing best practices, and supporting innovative approaches to professional development delivery methods o Provide support for cross-branch collaborative initiatives when required

What we are looking for:

• At least three years of working experience, preferably in areas related to professional development such as, programme management o Good analytical and data management skills, with good working knowledge of MS Excel, including proficiency in pivot tables and relevant statistical analysis features o Excellent project management skills with demonstrated ability to handle multiple concurrent programmes effectively within stipulated timelines o Dynamic individual who is proactive, resourceful and able to work independently whilst maintaining high standards of accuracy o Strong team player with good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders including senior management and external partners As part of the processing of your application, you may be required to undergo a medical examination that will be fully paid by MOE.
