Responsibilities:

Responsible to manage the planning, execution, monitoring, controlling and completion of programmes
Ensure that the programmes being managed are aligned with the company\'s policies, commitments and goals
Develop, coordinate and communicate the programme management plan
Develop and manage the programme budget
Manage customers\' requirements and expectations
Analyse programme risks and develop the necessary risk mitigation plans

Requirements:

Degree in Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical Engineering (Other Degrees will be considered)
Strong project management skills, with ability to manage one or more projects concurrently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to convey technical and non-technical information effectlively
Able to work independently as well as in a team
Willing to travel overseas
Good knowledge of Defence Industry will be an added advantage
