About Our Client
Our client is a leading digital insurer that offers a full range of insurance products and has a presence in 10 countries.- Coordinate program activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Ensuring program members (new/existing, in/ex-ternal) has adequate support to work efficiently
- Maintaining general program files, including job files, vendor files, and other related files
- Be the key admin person for our external parties, i.e. procurement and billing procedures
- Support onboarding in/external resources, including IT related access and tools
- Purchasing office supplies, equipment, and furniture when needed
- Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment.
- Performing other relevant duties when needed.
- Ensure compliance to the Group\'s project governance
- Compile information for internal and external auditors as required
- Support in driving communication planning and deployment of best practices to ensure continuous benefit/value realization to the organization
The Successful Applicant
- Degree holder in Business Administration or other related degree
- At least 2 years\' relevant transformation/project coordination admin experience in the insurance/banking industry
