About Our Client
Our client is a leading digital insurer that offers a full range of insurance products and has a presence in 10 countries.
Coordinate program activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
Ensuring program members (new/existing, in/ex-ternal) has adequate support to work efficiently
Maintaining general program files, including job files, vendor files, and other related files
Be the key admin person for our external parties, i.e. procurement and billing procedures
Support onboarding in/external resources, including IT related access and tools
Purchasing office supplies, equipment, and furniture when needed
Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment.
Performing other relevant duties when needed.
Ensure compliance to the Group\'s project governance
Compile information for internal and external auditors as required
Support in driving communication planning and deployment of best practices to ensure continuous benefit/value realization to the organization
The Successful Applicant
Degree holder in Business Administration or other related degree
At least 2 years\' relevant transformation/project coordination admin experience in the insurance/banking industry
