In a context of constant growth of our local workforce, and in order to support our international clients on large-scale projects in Singapore, we are currently looking for a Technical Project Manager/Technical Coordinator with significant experience in IT infrastructures with knowledge and exeprience of the regulatory constraints of the pharmaceutical industry (GXP, GMP, etc.). As our projects and customer strategies are heterogenous a good knowledge of cloud services platforms like AWS & Azure would be a plus.

The profile must be autonomous, rigorous management and personal organization, with recognized and appreciated relational skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION: ROLES AND RESPONSIBLITIES

• Driving/Leading the project from a technical point of view

• Being Accountable for all technical aspects

• Works closely with Architects, technical SMEs, etc.

• Reports closely to Project Manager

• Plans all technical activities

• Delivers all technical documentations

• Coordinates the design and build of system architecture for all environments.

• Managing the relationship with the different partners/vendors

• Being able to understand technical issues/constraints, Analyzing problems, proposing solutions and alerting in time the different project major stakeholders/sponsors if necessary

• Serve the collective cause with a Great worldwide People centric Team
  

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years experience in pharmaceutical industry with strong knowledge and experience of regulatory constraints (GXxP, GMP, etc.)  (Mandatory!)

• 5+ years Technical Project Leading experience in IT Infrastructures

• 5+ years experience in pharmaceutical industry with strong knowledge and experience of regulatory constraints (GXxP, GMP, etc.)  (Mandatory!)

• Strong Technical background: 5+ years in IT Infrastructure engineer/consultant (Compute, Storage, Networking)

• Project Methodology: PMP, PRINCE2, etc.

• Technical degree required; Computer Science or Math background desired
  

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years software/technology customer facing experience

• Experience with “on-premise to cloud” migrations or IT transformations

• Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with executives & IT Management.

• Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly
