Job Purpose

This position is responsible for looking into all aspects of space utilization, physical security compliances and security operations for Central Offices. The position also carry out administrative duties on property and security matters.

Responsibilities

• Management and administration of property
• handling surrender spaces from tenant
• additions & alterations, retrofitting spaces for new uses
• exploring new uses with other tenants
• planning and acquiring of additional power
• Management and administration of security
• Develop and implement policies, protocol and procedures to maintain full compliance with the prevailing legislative acts and regulatory requirements for security operations
• Conduct regular inspections at all the CO premises for potential security breaches (the inspections should include after office hours if need be)
• Monitor compliances to physical security requirements from relevant government agencies and recommend measures to achieve compliances where feasible
• Management of Tenants and internal stakeholders within the Central Offices
• Any task which may be assigned from time to time

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or Business Management
• At least 10 years of relevant working experience in telecommunications industry
• Experienced in working with mission critical facilities, fixed network and government agencies would be an added advantage
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills, able to work under pressure in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• A disciplined leader, team player and a self-starter with initiative and creativity
• Computer literate with knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
