RESPONSIBILITIES

Throughout the years, we have established a comprehensive network of social services to meet a wide range of needs in our community. Our diverse programmes reach out to children who need care and protection, families in material need, ailing aged requiring quality nursing care and other needy segments in our society.



Our spiritual ministry also reaches out to the people in the community to provide counsel to those in need. We are there to help guide those in need towards finding their identity and purpose in life.

Develop and execute fundraising strategies to acquire, nurture, engage and retain donors. Research and implement new initiatives to increase donor database and income.

Fulfil individual fundraising targets by nurturing FY2026 based on accounts in TSA database and new strategic partners and accounts.

Build and nurture relationships with major donors, corporations, trusts and foundations through relationship management. Pro-actively acquire and identify potential new donors/partnerships to increase funding.

Assist in organizing Charity Events 4 times a year for RHQ and to support additional events for the social centres

Develop new channels/partnerships for fund raising through webinars and corporate outreach

Increase yield of digital marketing channels.

Responsible for administration and processing of funds collected

Build and grow database year on year

Prepare database for the mailing of all appeals, PIC newsletter, event invitations, annual reports, desktop calendars, electronic mailers and other mailing as and when required.





QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications

Degree in business, communications, public relations or marketing. Proven experience in fund raising, business development, mass communication, digital marketing. Team player. Good organisation, communication, marketing and graphic designing skills. Able to work independently and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously. Must be IT savvy and adept at using various social media platforms. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Competency with Adobe Creative Cloud. Competency with online digital cloud tools. Heart of compassion for the vulnerable. Willingness to persevere and target driven.
