Job Description

Responsibilities: * Lead and mentor QA team members, as well as manage outside contract testers * Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures (manual and automated) * Assist Responsibilities: Lead and mentor QA team members, as well as manage outside contract testers Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures (manual and automated) Assist in the coordination of User Acceptance Testing with stakeholders Manage testing environments and logistics for each test stage (SIT/UAT) Monitor the readiness of test environments (including interfaces and data setup) for each test stage Conduct and monitor the QA process to ensure quality goals are met Requirements: 8+ years of experience in testing of web, mobile and APIs Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes Hands-on experience with integration testing Experience in Atlassian product suite Jira, confluence, Bitbucket Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Attention to detail Highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Experience in automation testing will be added advantage Experience in E-commerce platforms will be added advantage Experience in SAP will be added advantage Experience in AEM will be added advantage Ability to read and understand mandarin will be added advantage for liasing with external vendors
