? What you will be doing ?

• Project management (Real Estate Investment Project)
• Build and maintain relationships with related parties
• Proposal creation
• Survey of Asian and Oceanian countries and preparation of reports, etc.
• Corporate analysis, financial analysis
• Case study research for surrounding projects
• Documentation duties including documentation check, Translation of contract, and Legal check
• Investment analysis
• Preparation of reports
• Financing (mainly cooperation with the head office finance department)
• Supervision of development projects
• Check financial results and reports
• Correspondence of new business/cooperation
• Managing return on investment including sale
• Support to an overseas branch
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by MD

? What they are looking for ?

• Minimum Bachelors Degree from a reputable university
• At least 5-8 years of working experience in real estate investment
• Proficient in Japanese language (min JLPT 2 level) is a must, as this position requires liaising with Japanese Counterparts often
• Able to read the balance sheet of financial accounting report is an advantage
• Working experience in the financial industry is an advantage
• Able to Business trips (Average one a month: Thailand, USA, Japan, Vietnam, etc.)
