Job Purpose

The Manager, Recruitment Shared Services will be responsible for overseeing the shared services team that provides support to the recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting candidates to offer management and onboarding. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in recruitment operations, a deep understanding of recruitment systems and processes, and the ability to work collaboratively with both internal teams and external vendors.

Responsibilities

As the Recruitment Shared Services Manager, you will lead a team of Recruitment Shared Services Specialists to ensure that they are providing high-quality support to both hiring managers and candidates. You will be the subject matter expert for the in-house Recruitment module on SuccessFactors. Your role will include but not limited to:

  • Oversee the shared services team\'s day-to-day operations, including the sourcing and attracting of candidates, offer management, and onboarding.
  • Administer and manage the recruitment system, ensuring that it is functioning optimally and meeting the needs of the recruitment team.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment shared services team.
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and ensure that the shared services team is providing the necessary support.
  • Work with external vendors to ensure that all recruitment-related systems and processes are integrated and functioning optimally.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to senior management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and make recommendations for improvements to the recruitment process as needed.
Qualifications & Work Experience
  • Bachelor\'s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in recruitment operations, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment systems and processes.
Skills

Technical skills include:
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases. Familiarity with SAP & SuccessFactors is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)
  • Good knowledge of labour laws and legislations in Singapore
Generic skills include:
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Ability to analyze recruitment data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience leading and managing a team of recruitment shared services specialists.
  • Proven work experience in a similar role in a large, multi-business organisation or in an RPO arrangement.
  • Experience recruiting with mass recruitment for bargainable staff and overseas recruitment would be advantageous.
