Job Purpose
The Manager, Recruitment Shared Services will be responsible for overseeing the shared services team that provides support to the recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting candidates to offer management and onboarding. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in recruitment operations, a deep understanding of recruitment systems and processes, and the ability to work collaboratively with both internal teams and external vendors.

As the Recruitment Shared Services Manager, you will lead a team of Recruitment Shared Services Specialists to ensure that they are providing high-quality support to both hiring managers and candidates.
