About the Department
The Wholesale Bank function operates a dynamic business model that provides financial services and solutions to help our clients achieve their strategic business objectives. Our mission is to become the premier-provider of banking services and solutions for Asia-based commercial banking companies (small medium enterprises), large corporations, financial institutions as well as multinational corporations. Our coverage teams work in full alignment with specialised teams across Transaction Banking, Investment Banking, Global Markets and Group Retail to deliver seamless solutions to our clients.

Job Responsibilities
The role focuses on working with stakeholders to drive product / sector push for Group Corporate Banking ("CBK"). The key performance indicators are execution of strategic plans, initiatives, product roadmaps, etc and achieve CBK's deliverables in these products / sectors.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Products and SSG to capture cross border transactions and ancillary business for maximizing profitability and expanding business horizon for CBK's client, thereby meeting budgets of CBK
• Conduit to ensure that the available resources and product support are properly employed to support across CBK
• Fostering strong internal partnership between CBK, products / SSG partners and other stakeholders to address key business challenges and opportunities locally and across the regions to garner new business opportunities and engagements.
• Organise training sessions and facilitate discussions across CBK and with Products, SSG and other stakeholders

Job Requirements

• Holder of a University Degree from a recognized University
• More than 2 years of related work experience, preferably in the role as product collaboration / management in corporate banking / product team. Experience in cross border management / collaboration is an added advantage.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with strong negotiation and problem solving skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and possession of good presentation skills.
• A highly motivated team player with strong collaborative skills and initiatives.
