Date Posted: 2023-02-13 Country: Singapore Location: 61 Seletar Aerospace View, Singapore Position Role Type: Unspecified The Mature Commercial Engines (MCE) global network operations (GNO) team, which resides within the Mature Commercial Engines Aftermarket (MCEA) organization is responsible for managing shop visit maintenance of customer engines that are covered by an PW and IAE maintenance contract. A key role within the GNO organization is the resident center manager (RCM), who resides at the IAE network maintenance center, and serves as the primary focal between the maintenance center and other teams within PW and IAE. The MCE GNO team has an immediate opening for a resident center manager in Singapore. The RCM will manage maintenance of PW4000 engines at our Singapore and Korea maintenance centers. The RCM will also help to cover other team members as and when required for IAE V2500 at other maintenance center in Asia Pacific region. • Ensure the maintenance center satisfies established requirements for the overhaul of PW4000 and V2500 engines.
• Ensure maintenance center compliance with relevant policies and contract requirements.
• Resolve obstacles to on-time delivery and assume a leadership role in coordinating between the maintenance center and PW/IAE functional organizations to execute tasks according to schedule.
• Facilitate resolution of issues that impact the maintenance center\xe2\x80\x99s ability to complete maintenance activities according to standards and commitments.
• Monitor and ensuring timely and accurate reporting of the status of engines undergoing maintenance.
• Facilitate communication between the maintenance center and PW/IAE customers.
• Prepare forecasts and commitments related to shop output.
• Work with the cost management team to execute commercial strategy for cost reduction

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a business or technical field of study with 5+ years of relevant work experience including project and/or operations management.
• Experience in one or more of the following areas is desirable: MRO or Engine Assembly Operations, Customer Support, Contracts, Process Engineering or Powerplant Engineering.
• Working knowledge of gas turbine engines and airline/engine maintenance operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Strong communication (verbal and written), presentation and data management skills.
• Ability to effectively team across organizations to accomplish shared goals.
• Strong judgment, influencing, negotiating and leadership skills.
• Anticipated travel up to 10%.
