Manager, Restaurant Operations (APAC)

We are now looking for a highly driven and motivated Manager, Restaurant Operations (APAC) to join our fast-growing regional headquarters based in Singapore. The successful candidate will be a key member of our Regional Logistics team, responsible for helping us improve our restaurant operations as well as fraud prevention across the region. The role will have a holistic view and ownership over key metrics in our business such as fail rate, cooking time and fraud.
Key responsibilities:

• Solve problems by analyzing and deriving insights from large, complex sets of data
• Work alongside the commercial team to reduce fail rate and its financial impact on our P&L
• Work closely with local operations, commercial and product teams to optimize customers ordering experience
• Review customers, riders and restaurants behavior in order to identify fraud patterns and find solutions to mitigate them
• Work with the product team to articulate and prioritize feature needs in order to enhance our fraud prevention capabilities

Key requirements:

• You have successfully completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics or any STEM field
• You gained 2 to 5 years of work experience in high growth start-ups, tech companies, or financial services
• Strong excel and data management skills
• SQL is a must
• You are a doer and a free thinker. You accept and adapt constantly to change
• Willing to question the status quo when needed
