Coordinate the execution of strategy initiatives for the business unit

Support the development of new businesses and leasing initiatives for the business unit

Coordinate and participate in regular meetings with various business leaders to discuss potential business issues and recommend solutions to ensure that such issues are addressed efficiently and judiciously, keeping track of the progress until resolved

Research on trends and potential new channels, innovation and strategies in the Retail and Workspace and drive new innovation projects and ideas to fruition

Prepare presentations for meetings, record the meeting discussions and action plans

Support CEO, Retail & Workspace to determine proper course of actions and ensure timely follow through for tasks as assigned

Carry out ad-hoc research for effective management reporting, analysis and decision making

Organize and facilitate regular meetings between CEO, Retail & Workspace and Management team

Perform other ad-hoc requests and initiatives as assigned by the Management

Requirements

Degree in Real Estate or related discipline

At least 3 years of relevant working experience in MNCs or similar corporation

Possess strong leadership and excellent interpersonal skills

Self-driven and able to work under pressure

Able to interact and engage stakeholders effectively with all levels

Meticulous and sensitive to lease, market trends and numerical data
