The role

The role is required to manage existing named accounts and developed new accounts in the targeted verticals. This also encompass project’s financial budget, contractual deliverables and assisting on overall project rollout.
Key accountabilities

  • Manage the sales cycle and bring on-board new customers
  • Manage and grow allocated existing accounts
  • Manage project’s financial /cost by maintaining actual project expenditure within approved budget, cash flow projection and timely submission of invoices
  • Manage contracts and projects by understanding the deliverables / scope of work indicated in contractual agreement
  • Manage the overall project rollout by coordinating among various disciplines and project participants, track vendors’ performance, facilitate resolution of inter and intra department issues and conflicts
  • Manage project plans by developing timelines, deliverables, milestones and costs control
  • Update of site progress and new requirements by timely submission of executive summary to the Management

Skills & experience
Essential
  • Preferably a Diploma/Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Engineering / IT
  • At least 5 years of relevant job experience in similar fields
  • Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple complex projects
  • Strong leadership, managerial and interpersonal skills
  • Advance analytical and problem solving abilities
  • Good customer management and communication skills
  • Good collaboration skills
  • Outspoken and people orientated
  • Driven, self-motivated and ability to work independently
  • Resilient and persistent
Preferred
  • Experience in telecommunication infrastructure, data centre network and clean energy (PV and BESS)
  • Basic experience in cloud infrastructure or network data analytics solutions will be an added advantage.
