To Drive the growth of small customers (mass market) in South Asia & India by
- defining the strategy and identifying the market
- working closely with the country sales and the customers
- driving the distribution partners in demand creation/win and also the focus segment depending on the countries
- Semiconductor Product knowledge
- Possess analytical skill to define the strategy to gain penetration in the different segment and customers in the different countries within SA&I
- Have good interpersonal skills and be able to manage different stakeholders: to drive to win and grow the mass market
