You will be part of the marketing team responsible in leading 360 marketing strategies that drives new customers, sales growth and increase in customer engagement for iShopChangi, particularly in the travel retail segment.   • Lead the overall strategy development and planning for the travel retail promotional calendar, ensuring effective sync with the domestic retail plans to maximise sales growth and opportunities
  • Conceptualize, develop and execute iShopChangi\'s regional marketing plans to target travellers across different stages and segments within the region to drive maximum reach, traffic, new customer acquisition and sales growth
  • Spearhead and drive the conceptualization of full 360 marketing campaigns that covers multi-channel platforms including paid media, social and content marketing and out-of-home publicity channels
  • Work closely with business development team and tenants to develop the strategy and marketing initiatives for tenant/brand/category launch, campaigns and promotion
  • Manage budgeting for campaigns and promotional activities
  • Monitor and conduct accurate, detailed and timely analysis throughout and post campaign period based on sales performance, campaign effectiveness and feedback from activities to derive key insights for business growth and decision making, tweak existing campaign to improve performance and for new promotion activities moving forward
  • Work with appointed agencies and internal stakeholders on key deliverables and KPIs based on conversion, profitability and engagement
  • Work with external creative agencies and internal teams to develop and manage all marketing collaterals including copywriting and proofreading of materials
  • Key Performance indicators : Sales Growth Performance, New Customer Acquisitions, High campaign ROI
Requirements
  • Minimally 6 years of relevant working experience developing and executing major campaigns from a digital-first perspective
  • A background in e-Commerce and Travel Retail will be advantageous
  • Excellent analytical capabilities with a proven track record of securing exponential sales and new customer growth
  • Strong experience in briefing and managing multiple creative agencies and production agencies at any given point in time
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative with projects and anticipate issues of concern
  • Positive attitude and able to work independently, but also collaborate as an effective team member in shared knowledge and best practices
  • Disciplined organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Strong in Microsoft Office suite of tools. Familiarity with Adobe Analytics and Experience Manager a bonus.
