Job Description


Kofax SG is currently seeking an exceptionally skilled talent in managing Sales operation to work with the Senior VP of Sales in the day to day operations of the assigned geography and sales team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the sales forecasting process by participating in regularly scheduled forecast calls with the sales team.
  • Assist in monthly Executive Management Team Business Review preparation.
  • Assist in developing and monitoring the annual budget for the assigned Sales teams and Senior Vice Presidents.
  • Develop territory and quota assignment for the sales management and sales representatives.
  • Monitor and assist in CRM system administration to ensure accounts and opportunities are assigned correctly and updated timely.
  • Reconcile sales performance for accuracy.
  • Participate in structuring deals with prospective customers while collaborating with Sales, finance and legal – ensuring the deals were in compliance with regulatory reporting and revenue recognition policies.
  • Constant review of existing deals with Sales to optimize deal size and structure, and to find solution to overcome challenges during the sales cycle.
  • Developed and administer sales compensation plan while ensuring proper allocation of sales quotas and coverage – ensured accuracy in compensation calculation
  • Interact with the Finance team on revenue recognition, collection and credit issues.
  • Prepare and present analytical data as it relates to sales activities, performance, procedures and ad hoc requests.
Skills and Knowledge Required:
  • General working knowledge of GAAP and IFRS revenue recognition rules, purchase order terms and conditions, and general accounting principles.
  • Familiarity with legal terms and conditions as it relates to intellectual property.
  • Ability to analyze and present information in various forms in a clear and concise manner.
  • Experience in development and administration of P & L Budget.
  • Ability to coach, mentor and train direct reports and peers.
  • Ability to communicate within all areas of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical background.
  • Experience in the creation and modification of Sales Executive compensation plans.
  • Experience with ERP & CRM required. (SAP, Hyperion & SFDC)
  • Ability to lead, work collaboratively, and make decisions in a fast paced, complex environment
  • Strong capability with Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a sales environment, preferably with background in software technology and intellectual property.
  • Ability to interact and communicate with all levels of an organization both internally and externally.
  • Financial background in accounting, finance or related field.
  • Ability to analyze and present data in a way that meets the needs of the recipient.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience and understanding of legal terminology related to intellectual property agreements.
