• Position : Sales Operation Executive (Retail Industry/Variable Bonus) * Location : Central - Macpherson Road (Near Bus Stop) * Working hours : Monday - Friday | 9am to 6pm * Salary (comme Position : Sales Operation Executive (Retail Industry/Variable Bonus) Location : Central - Macpherson Road (Near Bus Stop) Working hours : Monday - Friday | 9am to 6pm Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3800 + Variable Bonus + 10 days AL + Medical Leaves Duration : Permanent Industry : Retail - Household Product Main Responsibilities: Manage all sales operations and personnel Generate and report daily and monthly report-out in a timely manner Coordinate training to new hire and existing sales team Manage sales channels' invoicing and paperwork Forecast and manage sales promotion Assist BD Manager in achieving sales target Tabulate sales commission and overtime on a monthly basis promptly and accurately Manage sales personnel schedule (full-time and part-time) to ensure both brand stores are adequate in manpower Handle all contracted sales personnel Support Careline sales enquiries Requirements: Minimum Diploma with at least at least 1 year of Sales Operation experience in retail industry Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to perform under tight timeline Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese associates who can converse in Mandarin only.
