What you will do: As Manager for Sales Training APJ within our Life Sciences Laboratory Products Group (LSLPG) you have to understand sales operations data and critical metric to determine and solve training needs aimed at improving sales effectiveness and productivity. You will work with business and technical resources to define business specifications, application functionality and workflow requirements. We are looking for a results-driven individual who has strong track record delivering soft-skills training to sales professionals. Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Leaders and Managers to conceptualize, design, develop and implement Training Framework using dashboards and applications.
  • Get certified and deliver Miller-Heiman courses like Professional Selling Skills, Professional Sales Negotiations, SPIN, Professional Sales Coaching, Strategic Selling with Perspective, Coaching for Strategic Selling, Situational Leadership and so on.
  • Serve as the conduit between the Global, Regional and Country to gather training requirements, develop course materials, and deliver workshops.
  • Engage with the business and commercial teams to develop and maintain training materials, FAQs, quick sheets and videos.
  • Plan, communicate and conduct required soft skills training to sales professionals.
  • Recommend improvements and digital transformation of sales training processes with the goal of increasing efficiencies and driving overall sales productivity.
  • Build data driven analysis of regional training utilization, conceptualize training content based on data and research.
  • Lead projects as assigned.
Qualifications and Expectations:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences or other relevant fields.
  • Experience in training sales professionals on Selling Skills.
  • 10+ years of experience in a business, technical, or sales role supporting life sciences with at least 5 years as a Trainer.
  • Project management experience.
  • Excellent communications skills, the ability to lead effective meetings and work across all levels of the organization.
  • Customer-focused, results driven and comfortable working independently and managing projects in a highly complex matrix environment.
  • Some travel in APAC may be required
