Job Description



We are looking for highly motivated individual to join us and be part of the Regional Centre of Competence for Customer Relationship Management (RCoC RCM). The incumbent will be responsible in defining and describing technical architecture of CRM using Salesforce within the Asian/ Overseas template. Job Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree from an accredited university or other relevant fields of study is required
  • Post Graduate / Masters in Business Administration & Salesforce certifications are benefitical
  • Minimum 9 years+ of working experience on Salesforce technology
  • Minimum 3 years+ of working experience as Solution Architect
  • Relevant working experience with various Salesforce products and/or components including Sales and Service Clouds, Marketing Cloud, Community Cloud, Force.com and Heroku
  • Expertise in SFDC application development, Salesforce.com integration and extension, features, designing solutions, using the Force.com SOAP and REST\xe2\x80\x94 based Web Service API\'s, APEX, Visualforce, applications from the AppExchange and other tools that extend the product
  • Experience in developing specifications along with partners/suppliers for solutions components in relation Salesforce including data integration with other systems
  • Expertise in Informatica (Cloud, Power Centre & Customer 360)
  • Experience in managing Salesforce developers will be beneficial
  • Well-rounded in both functional and technical aspects of a Salesforce engagement
  • Combination of business analysis and technology implementation experience
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and be creative within a team
  • Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Architect technical Salesforce solutions
  • Integrate multiple technologies with Salesforce, Informatica & IBM Data Management tools (MDM, IIB & IIS)
  • Architect, design, and develop advanced customizations utilizing Salesforce and Informatica (Cloud, Power Centre and Customer 360)
  • Manage technical project team members (onshore/offshore and internal/external)
  • Participate in workshops and working closely with business stakeholders
  • Map functional requirements to Salesforce features and functionality
  • Disseminate best practices on solution positioning and delivery
  • Mentor junior team members in Salesforce technology, Integration Technologies and Salesforce best practices
  • Oversee code reviews
  • Vendor Management
