Job Purpose

The Manager, Security Ops will be responsible to plan and execute security operations and procedures as part of overall efforts to ensure compliance to regulatory requirements, enhance workforce vigilance and strengthen PT network security. This position will require collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Security Ops, Manager's duties and responsibilities are as listed below. Note that the list may not be comprehensive and related duties and responsibilities will be assigned from time to time.

• Conduct Threat Vulnerability and Risk Assessment (TVRA) on SMRT premises and provide inputs for possible mitigating enhancements
• Manage daily security operations across SMRT Premises & Network
• Conduct supervisory inspections and red teaming exercises across company premises to identify and rectify security concerns
• Conduct periodic review of security processes and operations procedures
• Analyse and compile data on security trends
• Coordinate with internal business units pertaining to implementation of security measures and procedures
• Liaise with external agencies and regulators on security management issues

Qualifications & Work Experience

• Degree from a recognized institution
• Education background/ working experience in transport security is preferred

Skills

Technical skills include:

• Security-related WSQ Training certification
• Red Teaming Officer Training certification
• Proficient with MS Office applications - PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook

Generic skills include:

• Strong analytical thinking with good judgement and integrity
• Good written and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good project management and organisational skills with an eye for details
