About the Department

The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.

Personal Financial Services

We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.

Job Responsibilities

The incumbent will be responsible for the various initiatives that cuts across the different customer segments in our wealth continuum as well as the overall segment proposition for Core Banking. This includes:

  • Leveraging customer segment data, analysis & understanding competitive landscape to determine segment requirements & develop strategies for customer engagement.
  • Identify opportunities for Business growth in areas of Wealth Management and Asset Under Management
  • Manage Customer Engagement journey, including post on-boarding early engagement, with the use of digital tools to deepen Customer Relationship.
  • Engage and work closely with stakeholders, including Sales & Distribution, Product, Marketing & Digital teams to drive and achieve business goals for the segment collectively.
  • Manage the re-alignment of Wealth Banking/Privilege banking customers into Core Banking
  • Champion Net Promoter score across the Segments
Job Requirements
  • Able to understand, distil and translate data analysis into meaningful & actionable insights to be shared with Stakeholders across different levels to drive common business goals
  • Adaptive, embraces new ideas and ways of managing portfolio
  • Resourceful and collaborative teamplayer
  • Strong numbers as well as critical thinking skills and comfortable dealing with processes, digital & technology initiatives
  • Strong Interpersonal & Communication skills
  • Minimum 3 years working experience
