In this role, you will take charge of key projects and vendor relationships to ensure seamless operations in both online and offline channels, where customers can conveniently collect their purchases.   • Manage and lead the team within Seller Centre Operations and drive the performance of the Seller Centre portfolio
  • Propose improvement features through the marketplace platform and leading engagement and implementation with large group of sellers
  • Possess the ability to diagnose operational challenges and design improvement plans
  • Manage end-to-end workflow of iShopChangi with sellers i.e., defining policies and design incentive and penalties schemes to drive improved seller performance
  • Streamlining and standardizing of Seller Centre Operations\' SOP
  • Manage 2nd level escalation on seller centre related matters
  • Project management, lead and assist in the planning and implementation of seller centre related projects/ change requests
  • Draw up the project plans, dependencies, and communicate across the involved parties to align everyone across the scopes and timeline.
  • Maintain and manage project timelines, expectations, tasks and resources
  • Ensure that the project status, issues or changes made are communicated to internal and external stakeholders and appropriate parties and documented appropriately
Job Requirements
  • Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain management or relevant disciplines
  • At least 5-6 years of relevant working experience required
  • Experience in project coordination / e-commerce operations / seller centre operations
  • Preferable to have experience in managing expectations and communicating with stakeholders and handling various business process related projects, but not a must
  • Strong communication skills in both written and verbal format
  • Able to work effectively and efficiently towards goals in a complex and diverse environment
  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn
