In this role, you will the key business counterpart in developing iShopChangi\'s marketplace platform and work closely with our technical counterparts in ensuring key business requirements are met to ensure that we deliver an optimal user experience for our merchant\'s usage. As a member of the Product/Seller Centre team, you\'ll play a vital role in optimizing processes and enhancing the overall customer experience. With a focus on project and stakeholder management, you\'ll contribute to the success of our e-commerce platform at one of the world\'s busiest airports. • Development and full understanding of business concepts and initiatives involved in the creation of new marketplace features.
• Develop comprehensive evaluation criteria to assess the value of new initiatives and the impact of problems to inform the effective prioritisation of features within the product pipeline.
• Collaborate across the organization with key stakeholders including leads from other functions of the business, external partners in assessing business concepts and initiatives.
• Conduct market research to inform product development.
• Work with developers to test & design solutions that solve problems effectively
• Develop product roadmap and obtain stakeholder/management buy-in
• Communicate effectively with different business teams, at all levels, within and outside the company
• Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams to ensure the product\'s success

• Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain management or relevant disciplines
• Strong in product planning and interactional design, sensitive to user experience
• Experience in project coordination / e-commerce operations / seller centre operations
• Strong communication skills in both written and verbal format
• Able to work effectively and efficiently towards goals in a complex and diverse environment.
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn
• At least 7-8 years of working experience required
