Comprehensive strategic plans need to be developed in order to engage, enrich and empower Team Nila effectively to be the positive driving force in the community. This role focused primarily on volunteer marketing, with occasional responsibilities in volunteer training. Role and Responsibilities: 1. Volunteer Marketing \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to attract and engage volunteers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Create and manage content for various platforms, including social media, monthly email newsletters, and the Team Nila\'s website. \xe2\x80\xa2 Plan and oversee marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives to promote volunteer opportunities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with the Brand & Marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding. \xe2\x80\xa2 Analyze marketing data and metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Foster relationships with community partners and organizations to enhance volunteer outreach efforts. \xe2\x80\xa2 Design promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and online graphics. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage volunteer databases and track engagement metrics. 2. Volunteer Training (Occasional): \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in developing and delivering training programs for new and existing volunteers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate and facilitate volunteer orientation sessions and workshops. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide support and resources to volunteers to enhance their skills and experience. \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with other divisions and event partners to identify training needs and develop relevant content. 3. Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: \xe2\x80\xa2 Work closely with various departments to align volunteer marketing efforts with organizational goals and initiatives. \xe2\x80\xa2 Build and maintain relationships with community partners, educational institutions, and other stakeholders to expand the volunteer base and training opportunities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Represent the organization at events and networking opportunities to promote volunteerism and training programs.What we are looking for:We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active. In addition, an ideal candidate should possess the following: \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media strategies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent written and verbal communication skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Creative thinking and ability to develop engaging marketing content. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong organizational and project management skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work independently and as part of a team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Passion for volunteerism and community engagement. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in volunteer management or training. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficiency with marketing tools and software (e.g., Canvas social media management platforms) preferred \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of CRM systems and database management will be an advantage The level of offer will commensurate with applicants\' experience and track records.
