Anchored in our values of Passion for Sport, Strength through Teamwork and Care for People, we believe in working and playing, not just as a team, but as a family.What you will be working on:Roles & Responsibilities This role is within brand and marketing division - the key driver for Sport Singapore's overall corporate brand & marketing activities. We manage the development and implementation of above-the-line, below-the-line, digital marketing and paid media strategies as part of integrated marketing campaigns to drive national level awareness, adoption & advocacy all our strategic narratives and levers among identified target audience in service of sport promotion and Vision2030. Reporting to the Team Lead, Marketing and you will be part of a vibrant team to drive these, will include, but not limited to: Integrated marketing campaign management: Conceive, develop, and implement a marketing comms framework and 360 integrated marketing plans to create awareness, promote Sport Singapore's initiatives and contents, to the identified target audience and communities - with the aim of increasing sport participation and cultivating sporting culture. Execute impactful 360 marketing, publicity, and marketing communication plans to deliver strong and measurable owned and paid media, both online and offline. Channels include paid media, digital & social media marketing and website management. Provide sound digital marketing support to complement overall integrated comms support. Discussion and brainstorming with key stakeholders, partners and programme owners. Content marketing: Assist to develop content strategy to support SportSG mission and its various initiatives and narratives. Formulate a content marketing strategy and managing its execution through a content calendar for owned platforms. Develop a clear framework to anticipate, actively curate story angles that can be collated and optimized for amplification and generating awareness. Deliver strong narratives, profile stories or compelling content pitches for newsletter, website and owned social media channels. Managing dedicated social media channels: Work closely with a digital marketing agency to manage dedicated social media channels and calendar for always-on amplification of stories around Singapore content, enterprises, and talents. Build fan base and engagements through marketing and promotional activities e.g. giveaways on social media channels. Measurements and insights: Monitor, measure and reporting campaign outcomes and performance achieved, providing analytical and strategic assessments for continuous improvement. Translate insights, learnings and landscape scans of latest social media trends and best practices, put forth recommendations to the cluster to stay relevant and effective in marketing execution. Budget Management & Marketing support: Planning, monitoring and managing campaign budgets to ensure cost effectiveness, achievement of campaign deliverables and improvement in marketing ROI Provide support in presentation preparations or division-wide events and promotional activities.What we are looking for:We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active and a champion for organizational transformation through data. The ideal candidate should possess the following: Strong understanding and interest in telecommunications, media and technology sectors. At least 5 years of relevant working experience in marketing, communications, advertising or branding environment Prior experience in leading a corporate function such as Advertising, Media, and Branding Adept at collaborating and managing multiple stakeholders internally and externally Growth mindset - focusing on possibilities, instead of constraints. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Strong team player who can work collaboratively within and across teams. Resourceful and able to work independently as well as a team Experienced in working with other public agencies would be an advantage. Strong understanding and interest in sports, consumer and digital media sectors is appreciated Only shortlisted applicants will be notified. The level of offer will be commensurate with applicants' experience and track records.
