We are currently hiring for Manager/ Senior Manager, COO\'s Office (APAC) to join our regional team in APAC. This role will work closely with the COO and other senior leaders to identify and execute high-priority initiatives that support the company\'s strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

• Performance management

• Drive business performance mgmt of the COO\'s scope, including goal alignment process, evaluating performance, and driving interventions
• Work with cross-functional teams across APAC on high-impact projects
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials to support the COO in decision-making and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Thought-partnering

• Support C-Level Executives in designing solutions to complex business problems
• Conduct research and analysis on key issues and provide recommendations to the COO and relevant regional directors
• Special projects

• Driving special initiatives that have top-line / bottom-line impact across APAC
• Manage and oversee strategic C-level projects from ideation to execution
• Build project plans with end-to-end ownership, from planning through delivery, as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• At least 4-6 years of experience in management consulting, founder\'s office, project management or a related role.
• Proven track record in leading and executing complex, cross-functional projects.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to generate insights and develop actionable recommendations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize competing demands.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
• Experience working in the technology, e-commerce, or food industry is a plus.
