The Digital Readiness Marketing team will build momentum for the national Digital for Life (DfL) movement by developing and executing marketing strategies, programmes and activations to raise awareness and encourage actions. This includes engaging and collaborating with various IMDA divisions, other government agencies and relevant stakeholders from the people and private sectors.What you are responsible for:Conceptualise, develop and implement integrated marketing plans.Plan and optimise media strategy and mix to drive performance objectives.Track and analyse the performance of campaigns.Manage marketing budget.Manage the brand identity and ensure alignment in execution across channels.Collaborate with partners on content creation and extending reach beyond owned platforms.Work closely with internal stakeholders on key events and outreach to the community.Produce and curate content that drives awareness and engagement of our target audience segments.Oversee the implementation of SEO and SEM to optimise organic and paid search for the website.Manage content distribution on online channels and social media channels to increase web traffic.Collaborate with lines of business within the Digital Readiness Cluster to build and execute effective media campaigns to achieve business objectives.Report on marketing, website and socials performance, and recommend strategies for continual improvement.What we are looking for:Background in Marketing or a related discipline.At least 8-10 years of experience in leading marketing campaigns across channels.Strong analytical skills and knowledge of web analytics tools.Experience in managing agencies and vendors.Motivated, adaptable and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams concurrently.Meticulous, good project and budget management.Good verbal presentation and writing skills.Only shortlisted applicants will be notified.Position offered will be commensurate with experience.#LI-BR1About Info-communications Media Development Authority:Info-communications Media Development Authority (www.imda.gov.sg) offers a rewarding career that gives you a front seat in the fast-changing infocomm media sector, where technology and content are shaping the way people view the world more than ever.
