What the role is:The Rehabilitation and Protection Group (RPG) undertakes the statutory functions in the rehabilitation of adult and youth offenders, and the protection of children, families and vulnerable adults (VAs). Our mission is to empower individuals and families to break cycles of abuse, neglect and offending. As part of the RPG family, the Adult Protective Service (APS) is a statutory service that leads in the policies and processes to safeguard the safety and well-being of individuals, families and vulnerable adults experiencing violence, abuse or neglect.What you will be working on:As a Manager/ Senior Manager, you will: Design, develop and implement a comprehensive plan to roll out the domestic violence assessment tools and intervention frameworks across multiple sectors, including courts, prisons, hospitals and social service agencies. Work closely with stakeholders to develop and implement operational processes to guide the use of the domestic violence assessment tools and intervention framework within their respective sectors Undertake project management to ensure that the team remains on track with the development and implementation timeline Analyse trends, needs, and challenges in the domestic violence landscape through data and ground-sensing, to inform reviews and projections for service expansions/enhancements to ensure that the domestic violence landscape remains robust Coordinating staff and internal resources which includes leading and being part of a secretariat team for workgroups Fulfil any other duties as required by the DivisionWhat we are looking for:

• Experience in stakeholder engagement, programme development and implementation Strong analytical, conceptualisation and problem solving skills Strong written and project management skills Able to engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders Driven, self-motivated and able to multi task
