DESIGNATION : Manager/ Senior Manager, Employability & Student Affairs

RESPONSIBILITIES
Roles and Responsibilities

  • Managing, coaching and supervising team members
  • Executing the strategies and implementation plans for project, activities and events
  • Managing and developing student club framework together with project ICs. Student clubs will include interest clubs and international clubs.
  • Manage together with project ICs and various student drivers, club representatives, club members and other internal/external stakeholders in planning, collaborating, and organizing programmes, activities, and events
  • Attending and guiding students where necessary at their meetings and planning of events
  • Working closely with student clubs to identify, and work with external speakers and presenters
  • Identifying Kaplan Industry Project (KIP) sponsors and working with students by coaching and guiding them to complete KIPs
  • Planning, maintaining and reviewing budget utilization for student clubs, student/graduate coaching programs and alumni programs
  • Support in developing programmes, workshops, and training for Alumni
  • Monitoring progress towards department goals and objectives including management of projects as assigned


QUALIFICATIONS
Job Requirements
  • A degree in any discipline
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience
  • A proven track record in managing teams
  • Enthusiastic and having a student centric mindset is necessary.
  • As experience working with students or volunteers in programmes or activities
  • Experience in collaborating with different levels of stakeholders
  • Enjoys coaching and interacting with team members in the aim of grooming or building on their strengths
  • Has a flair to creative work and designing, conceptualising programmes, events, or activities etc.
  • Possess excellent writing and communications skills, meticulous and critical thinking skills
