Job Description
- Lead and provide guidance to team members to deliver high quality due dilligence reports
- Ensure project delivery is managed smoothly and of high standard of quality
- Supervise team and provide guidance on post-merger assignments
- Provide support on client management, practice development, and business development activities of the organisation, such as scoping of project, reviewing of business proposals and drafting of engagement letters.
- Build positive relationships to drive business development strategies
- Background in Accounting, Business, Finance, or other relevant field
- At least 5 \xe2\x80\x93 7 years of relevant experience
- Qualification such as CA, CFA, ACCA or equivalent
- Familiar with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards, IFRS and US GAAP
