Employees are encouraged to contribute to these initiatives and drive positive change in the organisation across 5 pillars: Women@Sia, LGBTQ+, Multi-Ethnic, Well-being and Environment.Our Singapore office is growing rapidly and we are looking to identify the right Manager/ Senior Manager to join and lead our Financial Services team.As a Manager/ Senior Manager, you will be responsible for\xe2\x80\xa6Leading the delivery of projects across Banking and/or Financial Services topics, potentially working across several clients in the Singapore and, if required, support overseas engagements;Supporting business development activities, working with Managers, Senior Managers and Directors to develop proposals for practice-related opportunities;Recognising opportunities for Sia Partners to expand their offering to existing clients;Building and maintaining your own external professional peer networks;Contributing to thought leadership, working on blogs and the development of Sia Partners \xe2\x80\x98assets\xe2\x80\x99 including methodology and tools;Supporting marketing campaigns and overall external positioning of Sia Partners across social networks;Facilitating own learning and specialist subject matter knowledge whilst supporting Senior Consultants to further develop their knowledge and consulting skills within the practice;Working on Project/ Program Management related deliveryManaging projects and leading teams as the project/program manager.
