About the job Manager / Senior Manager, Group Risk Management

• Support Group Risk & Business Continuity Management Department focusing on Enterprise Risk Management.
• Facilitate risk assessment workshops with business units to ensure key risks are identified, reported and managed.
• Implement Control Self-Assessment to provide assurance on the effectiveness and adequacy of controls.
• Support business units to identify and assess risks e.g. contract deviations, business ideas etc.
• Support Board and Management meetings including preparation and collation of board papers, minutes of meeting, matters arising and presentation materials
• Regular monitoring and reporting of risk dashboards e.g. risk registers, status of mitigations, key risk indicators, statistics etc.
• Project risk management for key company projects.
• Promote risk management awareness through the organising and implementing of corporate-wide events and functions including townhalls, inductions etc.

• Bachelor's Degree with at least five years of relevant experience
• In-depth understanding of the opportunities and risk in corporate and commercial environments and competitive landscape
• Keen observation of global outlook, economic trends, market developments, and potential value creation and / or impact on Organisation
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
